At ACE, we offer an Administrator Support program that provides your in-house warranty administrator with the training and support they need to grow into their role. This service extends to all dealership personnel that need help navigating the world of BMW Warranty. They will have unlimited access during our business hours to help them resolve claim issues and to answer any questions they may have.

We can perform internal Audits of your warranty claims and review your WHAT reports to identify any out-of-line compliance concerns that could cost your Dealership during a Manufacturer Audit. This service provides an invaluable opportunity to implement changes to minimize potential losses.
Consulting
As your warranty consultant, ACE will use our knowledge and expertise to help predict and prevent potential problems. ACE brings a fresh perspective to your Dealership by identifying the areas where BMW warranty policies and procedures are not being followed and will help to create internal processes for your service personnel to maintain warranty compliance. This service also includes monthly schedule reviews, quarterly audit reviews and dealer personnel support.

At Automotive Claim Experts we offer full or partial Warranty Administration for your Dealership.
This includes booking warranty repairs in your DMS system, claim submission and managing the warranty receivables schedule.
